This week was such a miracle week!!!! We really were able to see so many miracles that the Lord was able to provide us with! It has been kind of hard starting over with our investigators really going through all our formers and trying to see if they are ready yet! We also really have been focusing on making sure we are asking the Lord for direction and do our best to follow the spirit as we fulfill the spiritual assignments he gives us!
Just a few miracles: Sister Christensen was able to call a bunch of people in our Formers and potentials and scheduled like 5 appointments for us tomorrow!!!!! It was so awesome!
Then we were able to be lead by the spirit to a random street and found this awesome guy Justin who is seriously golden and we didn't have enough time to get his number because he had to go but we gave him a pamphlet and ours number praying he would get in touch with us and he called us yesterday and wants to meet with us this week!!!!! There have been so many others but they have really helped me to see how we can be instruments in Gods hands as we follow the gift he has given us! Us finding these people aren't just miracles for us but they are for our Heavenly Father as well!
Some other fun and exciting things we were able to do are we got to spend some time with our recent converts and go to our relief society potluck and get to know our members better! That was a lot of fun and really good food! We accidentally got a little bit of heat stroke on Saturday but we are still alive! It was about 37 all day and it was walking day so we were walking around everywhere talking to people and forgot water so we learned our lesson and decided taking water with us is worth it to not have to go through that again!! We also have been able to do a lot of service for people! We even got to pick a whole bunch of blackberries with a random person on the street! These wild blackberries are everywhere and are so good! Whenever you need a sweet snack just walk anywhere and you can find a bunch of delicious blackberries! It is crazy how much there is! We even got some blackberry jam from the senior couple!!!
Well i love you all and hope to talk to you more about how amazing it is to be serving the Lord and remembering our Savior and how much he blesses us each day!! Love and miss you!!
Love,
Sister Heaton
