This week wasn't too crazy! We are trying to help the people we have been working with progress! There are a few people we are thinking of dropping and have a main people who are the most solid! There is Daleena who is 19 and is so sweet! The only problem is she is working 3 jobs and is super busy and doesn't have a lot of time to meet but really wants to. We will be finding a lot this week trying to find those prepared people who want to be baptized in July!!!! There are so many and i know the Lord will lead us to the most prepared!
The senior couple, Elder and Sister Burns were so sweet and made me a fruit pizza as a birthday cake! So either a late or early one i guess. She made it a surprise because she knows it is one of my favorite summer treats! It was really good and they are just so amazing! So that was a lot of fun to spend some more time with them!
Today we got to go on an adventurous hike to a beautiful waterfall! It definitely was a workout! It was very hilly, rocky and we had to use a few ropes to help us get up and down but we eventually made it and it was so worth it! We even got a snack on the way as we kept finding wild raspberry bushes full of raspberries we kept picking! They were really good!
I was able to learn a lot this week just about making everyday count as much as we can! There are no coincidences in Gods plan for each of us. We are all here for more than just one reason and have the chance to play a part in the grand scheme of helping our Father in Heaven fulfill his purpose which is to ''bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man.'' We all have a purpose and daily assignment from God each day to touch someone's life whether its a coworker, neighbor, parent, friend or a random person on the street. We need to seek and follow the spirit's guidance daily so we can fulfill our daily assignment and be an instrument in his hands. We can't relive today so we need to make it count as we follow our Fathers will and make the most of it! I love you all and hope you have a wonderful week in the sun! I hear its hot down in the States!
Love,
Sister Heaton
